The saturation of rain in Vancouver combined with certain lighting effects often gives the city a Monet-like aura. This is what one might see crossing the unsteady Lion’s Gate bridge at dawn to go to work after a too-late too-fuzzy-recollected night–or possibly heading home at dawn after a too-late too-fuzzy night.
Duty may call but at least the view on the journey is pretty.
