This is a larger variation of my Ukraine sunflower fields scene. I like doing “curvature of the earth” perspectives and skies are my favorite thing in the world to paint.
It’s a breezy, sunny day and one of those times when you can almost feel the earth turning like sunflowers in the sun.

This has been my favorite work of art for as long as I can remember! We are from Ukraine, and every time I see this especially lately, all I can feel is that warm sunshine and the freedom that picture reminds me of. I wish there was a way to see it every day! Just amazing! Awe.
