Back to school has always been my favourite time of year because it feels like a fresh start.

This is “East Van Van”, a commissioned mashup of favorite things and icons, some from Vancouver, some not, but all set in the view of Britannia High School’s back field with a beloved old camper van driving out — a reminder that learning is the best trip you can take.
