    Triumph Street Reference PhotoThis is a hundred-year-old house in East Van. There were two dogs and three people who lived there as well as a backyard filled with sunflowers.

    The owner is fascinated by birds and crows in particular always represent East Van. The trio of birds and sunflowers are meant to symbolize the former inhabitants. But for the Canadian flag out front, it almost resembles a Bavarian castle, which is another nod to heritage.
