This is a cluster of East Vancouver icons: a Vancouver Special, the East Van cross, and exactly 13 crows flying overhead to their night roost. Also perhaps a flicker of red-and-blue siren lighting.
I was going to call it “13 Blackbirds Looking Away” but that seemed too obscure. Bonus points if you can guess the reference.

and album 15 years ago in the upstairs apartment
