Very green. Very dense. And in the heart of the development, the lone industrial heritage building beats with fear.

This was done in part as backdrop design for the 2018 East Van Panto – Wizard of Oz. It represents – appropriately – the magical land of Emerald City where the Wizard of O.V. lives.
